-Crunchy fruits and vegetables act as dental detergents and increase saliva flow
-Dairy products like milk and cheese reduce acid in your mouth 
-Raw onions wipes out 4 strains of bacteria in your mouth. Yucky breath though! 
-Cashew nut shell oil fights bacteria that cause tooth decay
-Wasabi makes plaque less sticky 
-Nothing beats water in removing bacteria
