Patient with 8 mm -size of one tooth-  crowding with previously placed implants ur posterior molar and premolar. Typically to relive crowding we would extract a premolar and move the canine distally. Due to the implant that was not an option. We did limited ortho to reduce crowding to 4 mm , restored the implants on the upper right posterior with crowns and did cosmetic all porcelain crowns on the front teeth. For the lower teeth we did 1 hr in office whitening. There are several new porcelains available now. I used one called liechtenstein for its translucency and strength.

This patients' entire bite rested on wisdom teeth. There was periodontal disease and significant crowding. We first treated the periodontal disease, extracted the wisdom teeth and four bicuspids and then 2 yrs of braces.
